Our products usually ship within 3-5 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure).

Orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive after shipping.

We only offer shipping within the United States at this time.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders

Returns

At Azuri Skincare we want you to love our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. To get a full refund of your purchase please email info@azuriskincare.com we will send you our address.  Ship the product back within 15 days of your delivery. Upon receiving your return items, you will be provided a refund for the products that you weren’t satisfied with to your original payment method.

Please note:

1) Samples are not eligible for return.
2) We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
3) We will only accept unopened, tested or gently used products.
4) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Only products purchased directly through www.azuriskincare.com will be eligible for return.

It is important that you contact us before you send in a return to ensure proper tracking.  We can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to us prior to sending.

Sets are only eligible for return if all of the pieces of the set are included. 

We cannot offer exchanges of any kind.
